It is our wont to say that the 19th Century was Europe’s, and the 20th Century America’s. The 21st is shaping up to be Asia’s, the first half definitively being that of the Middle Kingdom, China. Will the second half be India’s? It is in this context that FluidMetal Industries, resolutely facing the future, is entering a new phase with the creation of its agency in Shanghai.
These last few years have been characterised by an unprecedented increase in the cost of raw materials (copper, zinc…), successive re-evaluations of the Reminbi, and more restrictive policies towards exporting industries by the Chinese government. These phenomena have led us to adapt again, more logically, to the world in which we live.
Let us not be afraid of the future, and seize the magnificent opportunities that are becoming available to us…”

“Fluidmetal Industries, created in 2002, is dedicated to focussing constantly on the search for quality Chinese suppliers. Thanks to this grounding in excellence, FMI has been growing steadily. FMI is now recognised as being an essential player in Asia sourcing for the plumbing, bathroom equipment, heating, plumbing fixtures trade sectors and tooling.
Our Business model requires no introduction. It is obvious that with low structural costs and an unflagging determination to be at the cutting edge of reactivity, thanks to high-performance IT tools, we have succeeded in meeting the challenge that we set ourselves at the outset: “FluidMetal Industries must constantly take itself to task in view of its priority and constant objective of satisfying an even more demanding clientele, whose exacting nature is justified by world competitiveness. Competitive prices, constancy in quality and adherence to delivery schedules constitute the trilogy vital for ensuring our durability.
The world is changing even more rapidly. Some may say that the world is going too fast as they find themselves unable to adapt to that rhythm. The emerging countries, and particularly China with whom FluidMetal Industries has a special relationship, are undergoing a process of industrial evolution unprecedented on the scale of post-industrial human society. This phenomenon is now irreversible.
